Don Candido (1 block east and 1 block south of InterContinental, Los Robles, Managua) – this is a popular steakhouse for deeper-pocketed locals and international visitors (considered one of the best restaurants in Managua). Cuts from top sirloin to tenderloin are served here, as well as St. Louis ribs. Aside from the meat dishes, the paella here is very good.
